Concept AV is a leader in the design, assembly, installation, integration, after Sales service and repairs of audio visual systems.
Concept AV’s commitment to quality lies at the heart of our goals to meet and support the strategic direction.
The company aims to employ all its skills and resources in continuing to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our customers.
As part of its total commitment to quality, Concept AV has an Integrated Management System that documents systems and processes which are compliant with AS/NZS ISO9001. Concept AV’s is committed to continually improve the Quality Management System and to qualify all staff to enable them to meet these standards and achieve the quality objectives.
Concept is also committed to comply with all customer, legal, ISO 9001, and all applicable requirements. Furthermore, establish, maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of the QM system to Business Excellence.
Concept AV establishes the quality objectives and creates measures of control, in addition to reviewing them periodically and during the management review meetings.
Concept AV aims to continually improve the quality of services and processes to exceed customers’ expectations and become their preferred provider.
